Our products are concentrated but can be used without diluting them. Carrie Collier recommends diluting the Ultra Blue Shampoo 1 part to 3 parts water. When she trying to whiten an area of the dog, or the entire dog, she recommends using it straight from the bottle and let it sit on the coat for 5 to 10 minutes. Then rinse well.
